Refund policy
RapClip (formerly Bulin 47 AI Generator at bulin47aigenerator.com).
Effective: 2026-10-24
One-time payments
Purchases are one-time credit packs. Check the pack, video count, currency and final checkout total before paying. A generation-credit return and a payment refund are separate.
Final technical failures
Generation credits are reserved when a valid task is accepted and settled after a usable result is delivered. A final technical failure or a pre-submission cancellation releases the reservation once. Delayed or uncertain provider states are reconciled first and are not treated as automatic failures.
Payment refund requests
A credit return is not a refund of the purchase. Contact support with your order reference, the problem and affected task. We will review unused credits, delivered results, duplicate payments and applicable consumer rights. We do not promise automatic refunds for results already delivered or credits already consumed.
Confirmed refunds
An approved payment refund is processed through Waffo to the applicable payment method. Full or partial refunds adjust the payment ledger and corresponding unused entitlements without duplicate credit removal. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank; we do not guarantee a fixed bank posting time.
