1. Choose one photo

Use one JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, HEIF photo up to 10 MB with a clear adult face, hair and upper body.

Choose 480p (480×854) or 720p (720×1280), without a watermark. 9:16 is selected by default and keeps the full vertical scene. Horizontal 16:9 fits the full scene with black side borders at 854×480 or 1280×720. Square 1:1 crops the top and bottom to 480×480 or 720×720; it does not stretch the person. The public 6-second reference is a shorter third-party excerpt. Check your generated face, timing and background before sharing.

4. Generate and follow your task

Generation time varies. Follow your task in My videos; there is no guaranteed completion time.

You can leave the page and return to the same task. Do not resubmit a pending task. If a provider response is uncertain, we reconcile that request before retrying or releasing its reserved credits.

A final technical failure returns the credits reserved for that video.
