Acceptable use policy

RapClip (formerly Bulin 47 AI Generator at bulin47aigenerator.com).

Effective: 2026-10-24

Adults and consent only

Use only a photo of yourself as an adult or another consenting adult. You must be 18 or older. Never upload minors or sexualized content, or use a celebrity or public figure as the replacement identity. A football theme uses fictional background characters, not real players.

Prohibited content

The following six categories are prohibited in uploads, requests, generated outputs and sharing, including real, fictional and AI-generated material. Harassment, fraud, bypassing moderation and accessing another person’s private files are also prohibited.

1. Pornography and sexual content (NSFW)

Uploading, requesting, generating or sharing pornography, nudity, sexually explicit acts, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery is prohibited. This includes sexualized depictions of adults and attempts to undress a person digitally.

2. Violence and gore

Uploading, requesting, generating or sharing violent or gory content is prohibited, including graphic injuries, bloodshed, mutilation, torture, executions, threats of violence or content that promotes or glorifies violent acts.

3. Hate speech

Uploading, requesting, generating or sharing hate speech is prohibited. This includes slurs, dehumanization, discriminatory harassment, or incitement to hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or another protected characteristic. Hateful and extremist propaganda is also prohibited.

4. Child sexual abuse and unsafe content (CSAM)

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, grooming, exploitation or endangerment of minors is strictly prohibited, including fictional, synthetic and AI-generated depictions. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18 or request any generation featuring minors.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation are prohibited, including using another person’s likeness without permission, fraud, harassment, false endorsements or misleading viewers about a person’s identity, words or actions. Do not use celebrities or public figures as the replacement identity, even when the result is labeled as AI-generated. Use only your own adult photo or a consenting adult’s photo.

Content moderation mechanism

The site operator is responsible for content moderation and final decisions. Only the operator or an authorized reviewer may access private review material or apply enforcement actions. Reports are assessed by a human against the six prohibited categories above; an automated flag or a report alone is not a final finding. Input checks must pass before a model request, and generated results must remain private until output screening and an explicit human approval are complete. Automated screening does not prove consent, ownership or complete content safety.

Automated screening tools and current status

Our configured generation pipeline uses local prohibited-term rules, SeeAPI text and image moderation for inputs, and the configurable safety check of Seedance 2.0 Fast via Kie.ai. Supplier filtering alone does not constitute our approval. Output review also uses a SeeAPI sampled-video assessment followed by an explicit human decision. A sampled assessment does not certify every frame or establish consent or copyright ownership. Failed, flagged or inconclusive checks must not be treated as approval. The local browser photo preview does not run these tools; generation inputs and outputs are subject to screening and review.

Risk classification and review order

L1 critical reports concern child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery or credible threats and receive the highest priority, with temporary access restrictions where the affected content can be identified. L2 high-risk reports concern other serious violence, hate or deceptive impersonation and receive priority human review and possible temporary restrictions. L3 ordinary violations include documented rights or other policy complaints and receive evidence review, with removal or a warning when confirmed. L4 low-risk or unclear complaints receive clarification and correction requests where appropriate. Temporary safeguards do not replace a human decision. The 2-business-day initial-review target and 7-business-day ordinary decision or progress-update target below apply; severity determines review order, and urgent cases are prioritized when received.

Review of moderation quality

The operator’s review plan is to inspect moderation and report records weekly, sample approved results, check mistaken blocks and missed violations, and update prohibited-term rules and review guidance as needed. This plan does not claim a completed independent audit or a production accuracy measurement. Necessary screening evidence and human decisions are recorded so cases can be re-examined.

How we receive reports

Anyone can report content without signing in through the content-report form linked below or by emailing support@rapclip.ai. Include the page, share link or task reference, the suspected violation and supporting information you can lawfully provide. The form records the report and returns a reference for follow-up. Providing an email is optional, but without a contact address we cannot send a personal update. Do not resend illegal imagery, intimate photos, passwords or full payment details as evidence.

Review process and priorities

We first check the report and locate the relevant content or task. Suspected child abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery and credible threats receive priority; access may be temporarily restricted while facts are checked. The reviewer examines the relevant media, available screening evidence, consent or rights information and account context, and may request clarification from the reporter or affected user. We record the review, reasons and action, then communicate the outcome and available appeal route when contact information is provided. Reporter identities and private media are not published.

Handling timeframes

Our operational targets are an initial human review within 2 business days and a decision on an ordinary, sufficiently documented report within 7 business days of receipt. Business days are Monday to Friday, using UTC+8. Urgent safety reports are prioritized. If more evidence or a complex rights review is needed, we aim to explain the delay and provide a progress update within that 7-business-day period. These are handling targets, not guaranteed deadlines or a claim of continuous, 24-hour staffing.

Actions on violating content

Depending on the evidence and severity, we may reject an upload or generation request, hold or remove a result, disable sharing or downloads, issue a warning, suspend access or ban an account. Necessary report, screening and decision records are retained for abuse prevention and dispute handling, with access restricted to authorized personnel. A report alone does not automatically remove paid credits or trigger a permanent ban. Payment and credit disputes follow the refund policy and applicable consumer rights.

Appeals and corrections

If you believe a decision is wrong, email support@rapclip.ai with the report or task reference, your reasons and any new consent or rights evidence. The operator re-examines the decision and records the appeal outcome; where another authorized reviewer is available, they may review it. The same initial-review and progress-update targets apply. If an action was mistaken, we correct the record and restore access where lawful and technically possible. You do not need to buy anything to report content or appeal.
