Local preview
Selecting a photo for the current preview creates a temporary browser preview. It does not upload your photo. Removing the photo or leaving the page releases the preview. We do not keep it as a public example or send it to analytics.
Account and service data
Google sign-in provides account identity through Better Auth. Authenticated uploads, task status, credit ledger and payment references are stored in our separate Cloudflare D1 and private R2 resources. Waffo processes checkout; we do not store full card details. Support email is handled through Feishu Mail. Automated account and support emails are currently disabled.
AI and screening providers
Our video pipeline is configured to use Seedance 2.0 Fast through the Kie.ai API (https://kie.ai/seedance-2-0), from ByteDance. The local photo preview does not send your photo to an AI provider. Generation sends authorized media to processing suppliers and uses SeeAPI screening. Suppliers may process files outside your country under their own retention policies. Sampled screening does not certify every frame or establish consent or rights.
Checkout reliability records
To operate checkout and investigate payment problems, we keep order-linked records of our checkout page loading, redirect attempts and errors, returns, explicit cancellations, provider session expiry and available Waffo order/payment states. Browser reports are not proof of payment, and a redirect is not proof that Waffo displayed its form. These essential service records stay in our private database, separately from optional Google Analytics; they contain references and limited status/error codes, not photos or card details. Detailed checkout events are retained for up to 90 days; transaction records may be retained longer for legal or dispute obligations.
Retention and deletion
The implemented storage policy is designed to expire inputs after 7 days and completed outputs after 30 days, followed by scheduled deletion. Active-task inputs remain until processing ends. Provider retention is separate. You can request account or rights-related deletion through support; transaction records needed for legal and dispute obligations may be retained.
