Which photos should I prepare for a Hotel Lobby AI video?

Prepare two separate portraits of consenting adults with clear faces, visible hair and upper bodies. Hotel Lobby accepts no uploads yet; the current Bulin template takes one portrait.

One person per photo

Avoid group photos, covered faces, heavy motion blur and extreme side angles. Leave enough room for hair and shoulders instead of tightly cropping the face. A whole-person reference can influence clothing as well as identity; no exact outfit or likeness is guaranteed.

Lighting matters more than file size

Use even light that leaves both eyes and the jawline visible. Inspect the original photo instead of relying on a compressed social thumbnail. Large files can still contain blurred faces; strong beauty filters can remove useful detail.

Which files work in the available studio?

Bulin accepts JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF up to 10 MB. iPhone stills are converted locally to JPEG before upload; renaming a file does not convert it. The server accepts validated JPEG, PNG or WebP images with both sides between 300 and 6,000 pixels. Hotel Lobby's future input rules must be confirmed separately.

Keep role assignments clear

For the planned duo, keep the left and right portraits in separate files and confirm permission for both adults. The example portraits linked from the concept page show fictional people and useful framing. They are not customer images or a guarantee of your result.

What can better photos not guarantee?

A clear portrait gives a model more information but cannot guarantee every face, hand or movement through the complete clip. Higher output resolution does not by itself fix identity drift or synchronization. Review the whole result before sharing.

Respect consent and privacy

Use your own adult photo or another adult's photo with permission. Do not use minors, celebrities, public figures or deceptive impersonation. Keep the prepared photos on your device until a suitable workflow is available and you have reviewed its privacy and use rules.
